A few things to consider:
Cacao is the raw form of cocoa which has been roasted at high temperatures. Raw cacao is a potent antioxidant, guarding against toxins. It also reduces your risk of heart disease and stroke and helps to boost your mood.
Maca powder is made from the root the Maca plant that grows in the mountains of Peru. It has been around for ages and is said to have many health benefits including an increase in energy, sexual libido and focus. It is helpful in increasing fertility and relieving hormonal imbalance in women but isn’t recommended during pregnancy.

A generous pinch of sea salt
6-8 medjool dates (soaked for 10 mins — save water)
1/4 cup cacao powder
